What is the use of having this information if I already purchased a workout plan?

Having a list of exercises is not the same as understanding them. Our course will take any exercise you have and give you the power to customize it. The extra investment of time and energy is worth it because making exercise more effective is a way to double your rewards with the same amount of time spent exercising.

I’m a beginner at exercise, can I use this information?

This course was not designed for beginners. This course was designed for active people that have participated in strength training as an athlete or in a program before.

I have a lower back problem and the doctor wants me to exercise but I’m not sure the exercises they gave me are challenging enough. Will this course help me?

YES this class is precisely for you. There’s so much healing and strength potential when your training is dialed in to what your body needs. Our intention is to support people with older injuries who desire freedom from them without shots and more physical therapy. We want to teach you how simple and effective strength training can be for these types of lingering issues.

I’m a personal trainer, will this benefit my clients?
